Giggly Squard Podcast
Giggly Squad is a comedy podcast hosted by friends Hannah Berner and Paige DeSorbo. The podcast is a free-flowing conversation between the two hosts, often featuring their “stream of consciousness” thoughts on pop culture, their personal lives, and a wide range of other topics. The humor is often self-deprecating, irreverent, and filled with inside jokes that have developed over the course of the show. Hannah Berner
Hannah Berner is an American comedian, television personality, podcast host, and author known for her relatable humor and charismatic crowd work. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Berner initially pursued a career in competitive tennis, playing for the University of Wisconsin.
She transitioned to comedy by creating viral videos on Instagram and writing for the digital media company, Betches. Her career took off with her three-season run on Bravo’s reality show, Summer House.
Berner is the co-host of two popular podcasts: Giggly Squad with Paige DeSorbo, which is a hit with fans, and Berner Phone with her husband, fellow comedian Des Bishop. Her debut stand-up comedy special, We Ride at Dawn, premiered at #2 on Netflix. She is also a New York Times bestselling author for her book How to Giggle: A Guide to Taking Life Less Seriously, co-authored with Paige DeSorbo.
Berner is an advocate for mental health and is a regular performer in the New York comedy scene, as well as on tour around the country. She was named one of Variety’s “Top 10 Comics to Watch” in 2023. She currently resides in New York City with her husband, Des Bishop, and their cat, Butter.
Paige DeSorbo
Paige DeSorbo is an American television personality, podcaster, and fashion tastemaker. Originally from Albany, New York, she graduated from the College of Saint Rose with a degree in broadcast journalism.
She is best known as a long-standing cast member on the Bravo reality TV series Summer House, as well as its spin-offs, Winter House and Southern Charm. She was also recognized by Variety as one of the “40 Most Powerful Women in Reality TV.”
Alongside her best friend and fellow Summer House alum Hannah Berner, she co-hosts the popular podcast Giggly Squad and is a New York Times bestselling author for their book, How to Giggle: A Guide to Taking Life Less Seriously.
DeSorbo’s career as a fashion influencer and red-carpet correspondent is a key part of her brand. She has leveraged her television fame to build a successful presence on social media and has collaborated with major brands.
