Bobby Lee

Bobby Lee (born September 17, 1971) is an American stand-up comedian, actor, and podcast host renowned for his energetic style, candid storytelling, and boundary-pushing humor. He rose to prominence as a cast member of MADtv (2001–2009), becoming the show’s first and only Asian-American cast regular. Lee has since appeared in numerous films and television shows, including Pineapple Express, Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle, The Dictator, Reservation Dogs, Splitting Up Together, and Magnum P.I..

A San Diego native, Lee got his start in comedy after working at The Comedy Store in La Jolla, eventually performing on its stage and quickly earning opportunities to open for acts like Pauly Shore and Carlos Mencia. His breakthrough led to a steady career in stand-up, television, and film. Known for infusing his work with personal stories, especially about family and his Korean-American background, Lee has earned a dedicated fanbase.

Bobby is also the co-host of two major podcasts: TigerBelly, which he launched in 2015 with his former partner Khalyla Kuhn, and Bad Friends, begun in 2020 with comedian Andrew Santino. Both shows highlight his sharp wit, unfiltered humor, and love of riffing with guests and fellow comedians.

Lee’s comedic reach continues to span TV, film, and live performance, making him a prominent figure in contemporary American comedy.

Andrew Santino

Andrew Santino (born October 16, 1983) is an acclaimed American stand-up comedian, actor, writer, and podcaster, originally from Chicago, Illinois. Santino first made a name for himself performing in Chicago comedy clubs, before landing a breakout role as Bill Hobbs on Showtime’s series “I’m Dying Up Here.” He’s also widely recognized for his role as Mike in FX’s hit show “Dave,” portraying the manager and roommate of rapper Lil Dicky.

Santino’s acting credits span TV and film, including “Mixology,” “Sin City Saints,” “The Disaster Artist,” “Beef,” and “Game Over, Man!” He’s appeared on “The Office,” “Arrested Development,” “Children’s Hospital,” and “This Is Us.” As a stand-up, he’s performed on major late-night shows and released acclaimed specials such as “Home Field Advantage” and “Cheeseburger.” In 2023, he debuted his Netflix special “Cheeseburger.”

In addition to his stand-up and screen work, Santino is known as the host and creator of the popular podcast “Whiskey Ginger,” where he interviews fellow comedians and entertainers. In 2020, he teamed up with Bobby Lee to co-host the hit podcast “Bad Friends,” further cementing his reputation for quick wit, comedic timing, and fearless authenticity.

Santino is celebrated for his versatile talent, irreverent humor, and candid storytelling, making him a standout figure in contemporary American comedy.
